Xi’an Jiaoda SER Turbo-Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SER”), It is an economic entity owned by “National Engineering Research Center for Fluid Machinery & Compressor”, and it is also the state level key Researching & Spreading organization for application of “All-Over-Controlled Vortex” energy-saving turbo-machinery technology. SER is specialized in researching, developing, designing, engineering, and manufacturing of turbo- machinery and other industrial gas equipment.
　　SER has one R & D center at Xian Jiaotong Univ, and one large-scale manufacturing base and one specialized sales company at Changsha. It has been registered respectively in the Xi’an National high-technology and economy zone and Changsha National high-technology and economy zone. SER now has a total property of 0.6 billion RMB, and its annual output is about 0.5 billion RMB. SER can satisfy the requirement for an annual output of 1 billion RMB.
Depending on the core technology of “All-Over-Controlled Vortex” three dimensional impeller for energy-saving turbo-machinery, which was invented by professor Wang Shangjn of Xi’an Jiaotong University, a complete set of manufacturing system for centrifugal compressor, blower, and cryogenic turbo-machineries have been formed. SER has advanced large-scale machining equipment and test rigs,its compressor products are of many advantages, such as high-efficiency, low energy comsumption, environment friendly, and ensured safe operation, and they have been widely applied in many industrial areas, such as petrochemical industry, energy resource, environment protection, air separation unit, and coal gasification plant.

IT has been supported by the state key discipline of fluid machinery in Xi’an Jiaotong University, and other eleven state key disciplines of Xi’an Jiaotong University, such as machineries, material, power, electronics, information, etc. , five state emphasized laboratory, four state specialized laboratory, and one state engineering & research center, it acts as economic entity under ‘National Engineering Research Center for Fluid Machinery and Compressors’, SER has aimed at the world cutting edge technology in turbo-machinery and related areas, and has devoted itself to the combination and innovation of traditional machineries industries and modern computer information technology, to continuously converted the research achievement into practical productivity.
